  Back Rest Height
  The entire back rest can be adjusted and locked into 3 different height positions. This allows you to position the lower lumbar support perfectly to ensure constant support throughout the day.

  Arm Angle
  Arm pad can swivel and lock into 3 different angled positions. Adjust separately depending on what activity you are doing. Perfect for angling out when using the mouse while angling inwards for keyboard work.

  Arm Depth
  Arm pad slides forward and out to either shorten or lengthen the distance between the armrest and the back of the chair. Allows for the perfect rest position for your elbows and forearms.

  Arm Height
  Armrest locks into 9 different height positions, all in small increments to ensure you achieve the perfect height for resting your arms. It is best when your elbow is resting at a right angle to reduce pressure on your arms and tension in the shoulders.

  Arm Width
  Arm pad slides outward and in to adjust the width of the armrest. Adjusting the width of your armrest allows you to relieve tension in the shoulders while providing a more comfortable resting position for the elbows.

  Removeable Arms
  Entire armrest can be removed if needed. Armrests are attached with a single screw making removal quick and easy.

  Chair Tilt
  The backrest securely locks into 3 tilt positions if needed. You can also have the chair in a free-flow mode allowing you to move more freely while still maintaining adequate back support.

  Free-flow Tension Control
  You can control the resistance of the back rest while in free-flow mode. Free-flow mode allows for movement while still maintaining adequate back support and relieving tension build up.

  Chair Height
  A heavy duty pneumatic gas lift allows you to adjust the overall height of the chair ensuring you can achieve the perfect distance from the floor, relieving tension in the inner thigh, calves and ankles.

  Seatpan Depth
  The seat base can slide back and forth to ensure you are seated at the perfect distance from the backrest. This ensures adequate support to the entire back while reducing tension in the inner thighs.

  Seatpan Angle
  The seat base angle can also be adjusted to allow better positioning of the lumbar support and caters for users who like to lean forward during the day.
